Basin Street Properties provides real estate management services for independent third-party clients as
well as our own buildings. During our three-plus decades in business, we have built an exemplary record of
attracting and retaining quality, long-term tenants.
In particular, our experience has taught us how to consistently anticipate tenant needs and proactively add
value to the tenant experience in areas such as recycling, energy conservation, and space and storage requirements.
We also organize tenant events and offer a range of special "extras," from dry cleaning pick-up and drop-off service
to blood drives. What’s more, our facilities department is in-house, rather than out-sourced, and we have a computerized
tracking system that equips us to promptly respond to tenant issues and concerns.
Basin Street Properties demonstrates the same level of responsiveness in serving building owners. We employ our
computer capabilities to quickly deliver the critical financial and business information our clients need to meet
their goals. This includes customized monthly reports with income and expense data as well as annual budgets,
cash-flow projections and year-end financial reports. Our annual business planning process produces detailed,
long-term plans to assist clients in maximizing each property's business potential.
