Land Entitlements

Basin Street Properties provides a complete range of land entitlement and development services for virtually any size project. In so doing, we call on the strong government contacts and relationships we have built over the years to help expedite each project.

Whether it is raw land, new development or redevelopment, we handle everything from site analysis, market research and financial feasibility studies to discretionary entitlement processes and permits. It is a multi-step process that requires knowledge of community needs and local and federal government regulations. For example, we study pedestrian patterns and vehicle circulation, assess the potential impact of the development on the area, and determine set-back, height and environmental requirements. We incorporate the data we've gathered into the project design, then shepherd the design through the approval process.

From beginning to end, we well understand our fiscal responsibility and make sure the project's financial objectives guide all that we do.
