Construction Management

The Basin Street team is equipped to handle construction management at every level. We offer a full range of construction capabilities, including project management and field supervision. Our expert construction professionals work closely with architects and engineers as a design-build team to ensure that every project is value-engineered and meets our high quality standards.

In our experience as developers and construction managers, we have overseen small tenant improvements and major renovations, shell construction, and turnkey and build-to-suit packages. Key to our success is the close working relationship among the real estate development, design, construction and building management professionals. Equally important is our emphasis on client communication. We meet with clients early on in the design phase to assist them in making educated choices. Once the build-out phase begins, we meet regularly with clients to confirm that specifications, schedules and budgets are met.
