Jones Vargas Moves Reno Headquarters to Basin Street Properties’ 300 E. Second St. Building
Project To Be Renamed “Jones Vargas Center”
RENO, Nev. – Sept. 7, 2010 – Jones Vargas, a leading Nevada-based law firm, today announced its intended move from 100 W. Liberty St. in Reno to Basin Street Properties’ 300 E. Second St. facility in downtown Reno, immediately adjacent to the Reno Aces baseball stadium. Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com), the largest office landlord in downtown Reno, signed the 10-year lease agreement with Jones Vargas, starting in May 2011, to provide 25,527 square feet of office space in the 136,497-square-foot building. Jones Vargas will occupy the 15th floor of the building at which time it will be renamed the “Jones Vargas Center.”
