Basin Street Properties Receives Approval to Develop 55 Acres of Land in Willows, Calif.
City of Willows City Council Unanimously Grants Entitlements for Commercial and Light Industrial Use
WILLOWS, Calif. – September 29, 2009 – Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com), a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, recently received approval from the City of Willows City Council to develop 55 acres of land in Willows, Calif. Situated between Interstate-5 and Route 99, the site is zoned for future commercial and light industrial development projects.
