Basin Street Properties Names Terrance Flynn CFO
RENO, Nevada – September 28, 2009 – Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com), a prominent Northern Nevada and Northern California real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, named Terrance Flynn as Chief Financial Officer. Flynn, a 25-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, will be located in Basin Street’s Reno office and will manage all aspects of the company’s financial portfolio.
“Terry has held a number of senior financial management and leadership positions during his 25-year career in the commercial real estate industry, and we are excited to welcome him to the Basin Street team,” said Matt White, president of Basin Street Properties.
Prior to joining Basin Street, Flynn served as senior vice president/market manager for US Bank’s Commercial Real Estate division. In this capacity, he was responsible for providing direction and leadership for commercial real estate loan activity in the Sacramento market. He also managed and supervised lending activities, maintained potential and existing customers to develop and increase new business, and worked closely with customers to manage and restructure troubled assets and renegotiate loans. Other senior level positions held by Flynn include senior vice president/manager for River City Bank, Real Estate Division; Vice President/Team Leader, US Bank, Commercial Real Estate; and Vice President, Union Bank, Real Estate Industries Group.
