Basin Street Properties Continues Leasing Activity with the Addition
of Stonebridge Research Group to Napa Valley Gateway
PETALUMA, CALIF., Sept. 22, 2008 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, has added a new tenant to its Napa Valley Gateway Business Park. Stonebridge Research Group, a premium provider of business advisory services to the wine industry, signed a three year lease occupying 2,318 sq. ft. at 550 Gateway Dr., effective November 1, 2008.
“We are continuing to see leasing activity across all of our properties, and we are pleased to welcome Stonebridge Research Group as the newest tenant to the Basin Street roster,” said Scott Stranzl, vice president of leasing for Basin Street Properties. “After reviewing Stonebridge’s real estate and business needs, it was clear that the Napa Valley Gateway Business Park was the ideal fit. Its central location, in the heart of the wine country, was one of the main attractions that will enable the company to be in close proximity to its wine industry clientele.”
Napa Valley Gateway Business Park is located at the intersection of Highways 12 and 29 in Napa, just six miles from the Interstate Highway 80 corridor linking San Francisco and Sacramento. Adjacent to the building is the Napa Corporate Airport and the Chardonnay Golf and Country Club.
