Basin Street Properties' Theatre Square Attracts Diverse Group of Tenants as Highly Anticipated Theatre District Revitalization Project Completes Final Phase
PETALUMA, Calif., – September 13, 2007 — Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed a diverse range of restaurant and specialty retail tenants at the recently completed Theatre Square, located in the heart of downtown Petaluma. The Square — the Theatre District's central hub comprised of 42,000 square feet of retail, 20,000 square feet of office and 53 residential units — marks the final phase of one of the most celebrated city revitalization projects in Northern California.
