Basin Street Properties Adds Family-Friendly Salon, Team Clips,
to Coliseum Meadows


RENO, Nev. – August 27, 2007 — Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed Team Clips as its newest tenant at Coliseum Meadows. Team Clips is a full service, family-oriented salon, and will occupy 1,500 sq. ft. of space in the retail center located at 4978 South Virginia Street, effective September 1, 2007. Team Clips currently has two locations in the Carson City, Nev. area.

"After seven successful years in Carson City, we are thrilled to be entering the Reno market, as it will allow us to broaden our market reach and bring forth greater advertising opportunities," said Mark Leonard, owner of Team Clips. "Coliseum Meadows provides us with a convenient location to our clientele, while the surrounding businesses attract a steady flow of patrons. Further, since the space was occupied by a former salon owner, many of the key amenities needed already exist and will make for a seamless move in."

Coliseum Meadows is located in the heart of Reno's retail core. Acquired by Basin Street in September 2006, the shopping center is anchored by Big 5 Sporting Goods and includes two stand-alone pad buildings adjacent to the property. Basin Street is currently refurbishing the property through a number of improvements, including upgrading the two adjacent pad buildings, modifying the landscaping, reconfiguring the parking lot and adding new signage. Nearly 100 percent occupied, Coliseum Meadows is located on the corner of S. Virginia and Kietzke Lane adjacent to Highway 395.
