Basin Street Properties Secures Three New Tenants at Two Prime Locations

Absolute Customs, Same Day Computer and Super Sonic Smog are the Latest to Sign Lease Deals with Northern California’s Leading Real Estate Investor and Developer

PETALUMA, CALIF. – Aug. 20, 2009 – Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com), a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor in commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed three new leases at two of its Petauma, Calif. properties. These deals add more than 8,000 sq. ft. to Basin Street’s diverse portfolio.

Absolute Customs, a company specializing in automotive paint and fabrication, and Super Sonic Smog, a premier smog check test only station, signed three-year lease agreements for approximately 2,670 sq. ft. and 3,900 sq. ft, respectively, at the Petaluma Riverfront located at 322 Lakeville Street. Both leases commenced on August 1. Bob Lipman of Coldwell Banker represented Basin Street in both deals, in addition to Absolute Customs. Linda Zacharin of Keegan & Coppin represented Super Sonic Smog.

Same Day Computer, a company specializing in sales and repair of computers and copiers, signed a two-year lease agreement for approximately 1,600 sq. ft. at the Golden Eagle Shopping Center. The lease will commence on September 1, 2009. John Schaefer of Terranomics represented Basin Street in the deal and Annemarie Huisman of Basin Street represented Same Day Computer.

The Golden Eagle Shopping Center, a nearly 70,000 sq. ft. retail development, is located in the heart of downtown Petaluma and in close proximity to the area’s residential community. The center is situated along Highway 101 and is easily accessible by Petaluma Transit.
