Basin Street Properties Expands Tenant Roster at Premier Redwood Business Center

Berkley Risk Administrators Company/Riverport Insurance Company, Progressive Casualty Insurance Company and Dr. Paul F. Campion to Take Occupancy in Class "A" Office Complex

PETALUMA, Calif., July 8, 2009 – Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com), a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, has landed three new tenants at its premier Redwood Business Park office complex. Berkley Risk Administrators Company/Riverport Insurance Company, (www.berkleyrisk.com), Progressive Casualty Insurance Company (www.progressive.com) and Dr. Paul F. Campion will occupy approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of office space combined at 1383 N. McDowell Blvd. in Petaluma, Calif. All three leases will commence on Oct. 1, 2009.

The Redwood Business Center features three, three-story Class "A" office buildings and two retail buildings, totaling approximately 250,000 sq. ft. and offers multiple amenities such as floor-to-ceiling windows, bike lockers and showers, key card access, and an energy management system. Additionally, all Redwood Business Center tenants are eligible for corporate discounts at the Club One facility, as well as discounted rates at Basin Street-owned hotel properties throughout Northern California, and on residential units in downtown Petaluma. The Redwood Business Center is located on the prominent and visible Highway 101 corridor (situated at the corner of Old Redwood Highway and North McDowell Boulevard) and is in walking distance to more than one million square feet of restaurant and retail space.

Berkley Risk Administrators Company/Riverport Insurance Company, a nationwide provider of integrated risk management services, signed a five-year lease agreement and will occupy approximately 3,100 sq. ft. Tom Braman of Braman & Associates represented Berkley Risk and Josh Lindberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented Basin Street.

Progressive Casualty Insurance Company, ne of the country's largest auto insurance groups, signed a five-year lease agreement and will occupy about 4,150 sq. ft. Lindberg represented both Progressive and Basin Street. Dr. Paul Campion, ophthalmologist, signed a six-year lease agreement and will occupy approximately 2,000 sq. ft.
