Basin Street Properties’ Redwood Business Center Gets a
Healthy Boost
by Announcing Club One as its Newest Addition
Premier Fitness Center to Occupy 40,000+ Sq. Ft. and will Incorporate Sustainable Features; Club One’s First North Bay Location to Serve Petaluma’s Families and Business Community
PETALUMA, Calif., July 21, 2008 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, announces Club One, one of the premier fitness club networks in California, will join the Redwood Business Center at 1383 N. McDowell Blvd. in Petaluma, Calif. The club will occupy 40,000 sq. ft. of one of the four Class “A” buildings included in the new office complex. The two-story facility, designed by world-renowned architect Gensler, will incorporate sustainable features and will be the club’s first commercial North Bay location.

The new club will offer a large outdoor aquatics area featuring two pools, a two-story water slide, grill and sundeck, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, three group exercise studios, top-flight instructors, comprehensive fitness, sports and wellness programs, a childcare center, youth sports center, and a wide array of personal spa amenities. The spacious club lobby, lounge and meeting rooms will host local business, sporting and community events for members and guests. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2009.

Redwood Business Center will be comprised of four separate three-story buildings totaling 254,000 square feet. Club One will be joining other business park tenants, including Glass Mountain Capital. Located on a prominent and visible Highway 101 corridor, Redwood Business Center is situated on the corner of Old Redwood Hwy and North McDowell Blvd and is within walking distance to more than one million square feet of restaurant and retail space.
