Basin Street Hospitality Breaks Ground on Hampton Inn & Suites in Suisun City
New Hotel to Accommodate the Region’s Growing Business and Leisure Traveler Base
Suisun City, Nevada – May 27, 2008 – Basin Street Hospitality, a division of Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, recently broke ground on the 102-room Hampton Inn & Suites hotel in Suisun City, Calif. Hampton Inn is part of the Hilton family of hotels and each of its properties feature warm surroundings, high-quality accommodations, in-room conveniences, the latest technology and a friendly service culture. The hotel is scheduled for completion in summer 2009.

The hotel, located on Harbor Center Drive adjacent to the Suisun City Waterfront, will feature 102 rooms, an outdoor pool and spa, meeting rooms, and will include such amenities as complimentary hot breakfast, complimentary high-speed Internet access, flat screen TVs and the Hampton 100% satisfaction guarantee.
