"We are pleased that Basin Street can accommodate NCJFCJ's growing day-to-day business goals," said Scott Stranzl, vice president of leasing at Basin Street Properties. "As a staple in Reno's downtown core, 50 West Liberty is in close proximity to City Hall, the County Courthouse and Federal Court Building, and we continue to look forward in meeting the Council's ongoing real estate needs. Despite this current economic climate, we are encouraged to see significant leasing activity across all of our properties."

The building occupies a premier location and accommodates a variety of tenants and industries, including financial services, insurance, municipal, legal and consulting firms. 50 West Liberty is adjacent to Interstate-80 and is near major transportation stations, including Amtrak and all major bus lines.

"Since 1997, Basin Street's West Liberty building has served as the home of the National Council's Permanency Planning for Children Department, which is focused on improving court practice in child abuse and neglect cases," said Mary Mentaberry, executive director of NCJFCJ. "We are pleased to continue this positive relationship as we move the 21 person staff to larger quarters in the building."

Basin Street's 50 West Liberty is a premier Class A twelve-story downtown Reno office tower. Other marquee tenants at 50 West Liberty include as Deloitte & Touche, Lionel Sawyer & Collins Ltd. and New York Life Insurance.
