Basin Street Properties Lands Matt Krupp as Director of Marketing and Leasing for Northern California
Veteran Commercial Real Estate Professional Brings Nearly 20 Years of Industry Experience and In-Depth Market Knowledge
PETALUMA, Calif., – April 17, 2007 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, announced that Matt Krupp, formerly of Equity Office Properties, will join the company as director of marketing and leasing for its Northern California properties. Effective April 30, Krupp will work in Basin Street’s Petaluma office and will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of all buildings in Sonoma and Napa counties.

In his role at Basin Street, Krupp will handle all leasing and marketing aspects for a variety of Basin Street’s projects, including Theatre Square, Waterfront Office Building, Redwood Business Center, Harvest Business Center, and the Fountaingrove Executive Center. Additionally, he will be responsible for ensuring leasing success for future Basin Street projects, as well as continuing to cultivate and maintain broker and investor relationships.

Prior to joining Basin Street, Krupp served as director of leasing for Equity Office Properties in Petaluma, Calif. During this time, he was responsible for leasing more than two million sq. ft. of Class "A" office properties in Marin and Sonoma Counties. He increased occupancy and revenue of a portfolio consisting of 17 buildings and more than 300 tenants, and closed over 50 transactions in 2006 totaling more than 150,000 sq. ft. Previously, Krupp was a leasing specialist for Orion Partners, Ltd. and served as a leasing agent for Keegan and Coppin Co., Inc., respectively. He is a member of the San Rafael and Petaluma Chambers of Commerce. Krupp received his B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California.
