Sunset Aviation Signs Lease in Basin Street Properties' Thriving Theatre District
PETALUMA, Calif., April 9, 2006 – Sunset Aviation, a leading Northern California aircraft charter and management company, will coast into Basin Street Properties' bustling Theatre District in downtown Petaluma, Calif., effective June 1, 2006. Signing a five-year lease with the North Bay's prominent developer of commercial and mixed-use properties in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties, Sunset Aviation will consolidate its Novato and Santa Rosa offices into one strategic location in the Waterfront Office Building where it will occupy 5,000 sq. ft. of space as its new corporate headquarters.

Sunset Aviation's executive management team, flight scheduling dispatch, flight operations management, customer services, maintenance control and accounting departments will all operate out of the Waterfront Office Building, which is situated on the Petaluma River. The building is in close proximity to the downtown parking garage, cinema, as well as a number of restaurants and retail shops.
