Basin Street Properties Adds Law Firm To Harvest Business Center Tenant Roster

Santa Rosa, Calif. — April 7, 2009 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, signed a lease agreement with Lozano Smith Attorneys at Law to occupy nearly 2,000 sq. ft. at Basin Street’s Harvest Business Center. Lozano Smith Attorneys at Law is known for its representation of California's public agencies with offices in Fresno, Monterey, San Ramon, Los Angeles and Sacramento.

The Harvest Business Center continues to be an attractive property for North Bay businesses. Existing tenant Centellax just recently expanded their space by 4,000 sq. ft., totaling 22,500 sq. ft. Other companies within the corporate campus include F.S.B. and SCS Engineering.

The corporate campus is located within the Airport Business Center and is adjacent to the Santa Rosa County Airport. The three, two-story, Class A office buildings are surrounded by beautiful views of Mt. St. Helena. Additionally, Harvest Business Center is in close proximity to the area’s residential community and accessible to Highway 101.
