Petaluma Shopping Center to Offer New Dining Options
Basin Street Properties Welcomes Rosen’s Bakery and Everest Indian Restaurant to
Golden Eagle Shopping Center
PETALUMA, Calif. – March 24, 2009 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, signed lease agreements with Rosen’s Bakery to occupy nearly 3,350 sq. ft. and Everest Indian Restaurant to occupy more than 1,100 sq. ft. at Basin Street’s Golden Eagle Shopping Center.
