Annemarie Huisman Joins Basin Street Properties as Director of Leasing
PETALUMA, Calif. – March 13, 2009 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, named Annemarie Huisman as the new director of leasing. Huisman was most recently with CB Richard Ellis in Reno, NV where she provided Basin Street with landlord representation and was responsible for leasing more than 101,000 sq. ft. of office space at its high profile 50 West Liberty office building. At Basin Street, she will focus on leasing and tenant relations throughout the North Bay with a specific emphasis on Petaluma’s Theatre District.

As an associate with CB Richard Ellis Office Services in Reno, Huisman handled major lease transactions on behalf of a number of marquee clients. She provided representation to landlords and tenants to produce effective solutions for clients in the areas of new leases, renewals, acquisitions and dispositions. Huisman joined Trammell Crow Company in 2004, prior to its merger with CB Richard Ellis, and served as an office leasing specialist. Her experience includes commercial real estate transaction management and the advancement of systems to identify local market trends. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and has been active in a number of business and philanthropic organizations.
