Centellax Expands its Headquarters at Basin Street Properties’ Harvest Business Center

Santa Rosa Company Occupies an Additional 4,000 Sq. Ft. to Meet Growth Needs

Santa Rosa, Calif. — February 13, 2009 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed a deal with Centellax to expand its 18,500 sq. ft. headquarters at Basin Street’s Harvest Business Center by an additional 4,000 sq. ft. Centellax, a leading manufacturer of high-performance, low-cost test equipment, has been a tenant at the premier corporate campus since 2007.

The Harvest Business Center corporate campus is located within the Airport Business Center and is adjacent to the Santa Rosa County Airport. The three, two-story, Class A office buildings are surrounded by beautiful views of Mt. St. Helena. Additionally, Harvest Business Center is in close proximity to the area’s residential community and accessible to Highway 101.
