Basin Street Properties' New Redwood Business Center Signs Glass Mountain Capital to its Tenant Roster
Financial Services Company to Occupy the Newest and
Most Modern Commercial Space in Petaluma
PETALUMA, Calif., January 28, 2008 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed Glass Mountain Capital to its newly constructed Class “A” Redwood Business Center at 1383 N. McDowell Blvd. in Petaluma, Calif. The financial services company will occupy 3,355 square feet, effective March 2008.
Once complete, Redwood Business Center will be comprised of four separate three-story buildings totaling 254,000 square feet. The first building, currently the newest and most modern office structure in Petaluma, is comprised of 56,000 square feet and offers floor-to-ceiling windows, bike lockers and showers, key card access, and an energy management system, to name a few. Located on a prominent and visible Highway 101 corridor, Redwood Business Center is situated on the corner of Old Redwood Hwy and North McDowell Blvd.
