Amendment 21 Opens in Reno's Thriving Redevlopment District

Local Grill and Sports Bar is the Newest Tenant at Basin Street’s 425 South Virginia Property; Establishment to Attract Increased Consumer Activity

RENO, Nevada – January 24, 2008 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed Amendment 21, a grill and sports bar, as its newest tenant at 425 South Virginia Street, effective January 24, 2008. The establishment occupies 4,900 sq. ft. of retail space and joins other marquee tenants in the building, including Bank of America and the law firm Lionel, Sawyer, Collins, among others.
