Recent Deal Reflects Basin Street’s Continued Ability
to Provide
Strategic Solutions to Tenant Needs
PETALUMA, Calif., – January 11, 2007 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, announced today that Phonic Ear will be the newest tenant to its eastside Petaluma office building at 2090 Lakeville Blvd. Phonic Ear develops and manufactures the FrontRow wireless technology, which helps capture student attention and raise test scores while protecting teacher vocal health.

Effective June 2007, Phonic Ear will lease 24,000 sq. ft. of commercial space for a six-year term. With the signing of this deal, 2090 Lakeville Blvd. now maintains a 100 percent occupancy rate.
