Wine Country Hampton Inn & Suites, Basin Street Hospitality’s First New-Build Hotel, Opens for Guests

Sonoma County’s Newest Lodging Option Offers High-Quality Accommodations and an Array of On-site Amenities

WINDSOR, CALIF., November 6, 2008 – Basin Street Hospitality, a division of Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, has completed the new 116-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Windsor, Calif. nestled in the heart of Sonoma County and adjacent to three premier wine country regions, including the Russian River Valley, Dry Creek Valley and Alexander Valley. The property is part of the Hilton family of hotels and represents Basin Street Hospitality’s first new-build hotel.

The Hampton Inn & Suites is conveniently located across the street from a variety of restaurants, shops and services and just minutes from the award-winning Windsor Town Green, the Charles M. In addition to the Windsor location, Basin Street Hospitality is building another Hampton Inn & Suites in Suisun City, Calif. This hotel will include 102 rooms and is scheduled for completion in summer 2009. As with all Hampton Inn & Suites locations, guests will be offered an array of amenities, including high-quality accommodations, in-room conveniences, the latest technology and friendly service culture. Located on Harbor Center Drive adjacent to the Suisun City Waterfront, the hotel is situated between three of Northern California metropolitan centers, which include the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and Stockton.
