Basin Street Lands Major Lease Deal in the North Bay
Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Signs on at Fountaingrove Executive Center for Approximately 23,000 Sq. Ft.
RENO, Nev. – Nov. 29, 2010 – Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com), a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, will add Morgan Stanley Smith Barney to its roster of tenants at the Fountaingrove Executive Center in Santa Rosa, Calif. The 10-year lease deal is effective February 2011 with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney set to occupy more than 23,000 sq. ft.

Morgan Stanley Smith Barney will be joining such reputable companies as Prosight Specialty Insurance, which leased more than 15,000 sq. ft. of space earlier this year. Other tenants at the high-profile Fountaingrove Executive Center, include RBC Wealth Management and Pisenti & Brinker LLP. The Class “A” office center is situated in a prime location with scenic views of the western hills and offers first-rate amenities and is in close proximity to a number of golf courses, restaurants, shops and other conveniences.
Basin Street was represented by Shawn Johnson of Keegan & Coppin while the tenant was represented by Jak Churton of CB Richard Ellis.
