Basin Street Properties’ Newest Tenant Adds Sparkle to
Coliseum Meadows Shopping Center in Reno
Precision Diamonds Signs Lease to Occupy More than 1,200 Sq. Ft.
RENO, NV., Oct. 1, 2008 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, welcomes Precision Diamonds as its newest tenant to the Coliseum Meadows Shopping Center, effective October 1, 2008. Located at 5034 S. Virginia Street, the jewelry store signed a seven-year lease deal occupying 1,246 sq. ft. at the premier retail complex.

Situated in the retail submarket of Reno, Coliseum Meadows consists of 46,520 sq. ft. of retail space. Big 5 Sporting Goods serves as the anchor tentant and the shopping center features two multi-tenant building pads. Other tenants include: State Farm, Hunnington Learning Center, Batteries Plus and Southgate Coins.
