Santa Rosa, Calif., – October 19, 2007 — Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor and developer of commercial and mixed-use properties, announced that Centellax, a leading manufacturer of high-performance low-cost test equipment, is relocating its headquarters to occupy 18,500 sq. ft. at Basin Street's new Harvest Business Center.
Harvest Business Center is an emerging corporate campus adjacent to the Santa Rosa County Airport and will consist of three two-story office buildings. Building C – the only completed building thus far – is located at 3848 Brick Way Blvd. and will be the largest of the three buildings at 45,000 sq. ft. Construction on Building B will commence in Fall 2007 followed by Building A. Once complete, the Harvest Business Center will boast 128,000 sq. ft. of Class "A" office space.
"The Harvest Business Center is securing lease deals from marquee companies, as evidenced by our newest tenant, Centellax. The new complex offers a number of real estate options that meet its business and employee needs," said Scott Stranzl, vice president of leasing for Basin Street Properties. "We are excited to welcome this premier Sonoma County company to our tenant roster."
"Centellax has grown between 60 and 70 percent every year for the past few years, and relocating to Harvest Business Center accommodates our larger space needs with room for even further expansion and provides our employees with an attractive location and high-quality work environment," said Jerome Nathan, chief financial officer of Centellax. "Basin Street was very efficient and receptive to satisfying our space layout requirements in light of our specific operational needs. We are thrilled with the outcome of this relationship and look forward to moving into our new headquarters in December."
Keegan & Coppin's Shawn Johnson and Danny Jones represented Basin Street Properties in leasing the Harvest Business Center, while Vicki Greenbaum of North Bay Commercial represented Centellax.
