Basin Street Properties Adds State Department of General Services/Real Estate Office of Integrated Services to Roster at Capitol Oaks Office Building

Government Agency Joins Numerous State Entities at Premier Office Complex

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Oct. 10, 2008 – Basin Street Properties, a prominent Northern California and Northern Nevada real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, has added a new tenant to the four-story, “Class A” Capital Oaks office building. The California State Department of General Services/Real Estate Office of Integrated Services signed an eight year lease occupying 4,095 sq. ft. at 2535 Capitol Oaks Drive, effective September 1, 2008.

Other companies located in the 89,528 sq.ft. building are Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Department of Consumer Affairs – Shorthand Reporters; Department of General Services Consumer Affairs - Engineers; Department of Social Services; Department of Consumer Affairs – Medical Board; Department of Consumer Affairs – Vocational Nurses; Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing; and the Office of Chapter 13 U.S. Trustee.
