Theatre District Developer Joins Downtown Community Calling Waterfront Office Building its New Home

PETALUMA, Calif. – July 19, 2005 - After finalizing the sale of 1,350,000 sq. ft. of its North Bay portfolio to Equity Office (NYSE: EOP), Basin Street Properties, the North Bay's prominent developer of commercial and mixed-use properties in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties, announces its relocation to Petaluma's bustling downtown Theatre District. As of July 11, 2005, Basin Street is occupying 10,374 sq. ft. of office space in the new Waterfront Office Building. Basin Street was previously located in the Redwood Business Park in Petaluma.
