Greenleaf & Burleson Wealth Management, LLC Relocates to Basin Street’s Waterfront Office Building
PETALUMA, Calif. – April 15, 2005 - Basin Street Properties, the leading developer of commercial and mixed-use properties in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties, has signed a five-year lease with Greenleaf & Burleson Wealth Management, LLC, for 1,109 sq. ft. of office space in the Waterfront Office Building in Petaluma, Calif. The Waterfront Office Building is currently under construction and is scheduled for a May 2005 opening. Greenleaf & Burleson is estimated to take occupancy in July.
