Basin’s Street’s Theater District to Open Waterfront Office Building in Summer 2005 – CPA Firm Pisenti & Brinker Signs On

PETALUMA, Calif. – April 15, 2005 - Basin Street Properties, the leading developer of commercial and mixed-use properties in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties, has signed a five-year lease with CPA firm Pisenti & Brinker LLP at Basin Street’s Waterfront Office Building in Petaluma. The Waterfront Office Building is currently under construction and is scheduled for a May 2005 opening, at which time Pisenti & Brinker is scheduled to occupy 5,169 sq. ft. of space.

“The Waterfront Office Building will be the newest Class-A office facility in downtown Petaluma,” said Scott Stranzl, vice president of leasing for Basin Street Properties. “With its prime location in the heart of the Theatre District, we’re confident its high visibility and amenities will attract a variety of tenants who, like Pisenti & Brinker, appreciate first-class facilities in a community environment.”

The CPA firm, which specializes in serving mid-sized businesses, also provides a wide range of services to individuals and other entities and has a growing client base that includes larger businesses throughout the Bay Area.
