Marin Medical Practice Concepts Sets Up Shop at Golden Gate Plaza
PETALUMA, Calif. – April 1, 2005 - Basin Street Properties, the leading developer of commercial and mixed-use properties in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties, has signed a six-year lease with Marin Medical Practice Concepts (MMPC) at Basin Street’s newly acquired Golden Gate Plaza in Novato, Calif. MMPC will occupy 8,035 sq. ft. of office space beginning April 15, 2005.

Marin Medical Practice Concepts provides billing and collection services to its North Bay clients. Formed by a group of local physicians who wanted to develop electronic medical records, MMPC was formed in 1996. To date the company has in place a billing system, scheduling system and compliance programs into its bundle of services; and has more than 70 area physician clients with annual billings of over $100 million.
