Triformix Inc. Expands on to Basin Street Properties’ Oak Valley Business Center

PETALUMA, Calif. – February 24, 2005 - As part of a three-year lease, Triformix Inc., a manufacturer of highly precise, complex molded optical components and assemblies, is taking occupancy of 4,100 sq. ft. of office space at Oak Valley Business Center. The property is owned and managed by Basin Street Properties, the leading developer of commercial and mixed-use properties in Sonoma, Marin and Napa counties.
