Basin Street Properties Adds Four New Tenants to its Petaluma Marina Business Center

Petaluma, CALIF. — Jan. 20, 2012 — Basin Street Properties (www.basin-street.com), a prominent Northern Nevada and Northern California real estate investor of commercial and mixed-use properties, has signed four leases at its Petaluma Marina Business Center. The Class A Petaluma Marina Business Center is comprised of three, three-story office buildings totaling 116,380 square feet.

Mike Thomason of Keegan & Coppin Company, Inc. represents Basin Street in leasing the Petaluma Marina Business Center. New tenants include the following:

  • Cellular World, an AT&T wireless provider, engaged in a three-year lease for 2,200 square feet. Located on 765 Baywood Dr., the lease commenced on Jan. 15.
  • H.M. Vreeland and Son Insurance Agency, a surety bonding service company, signed a three-year lease for 941 square feet at 755 Baywood Dr. The lease commenced on Jan. 1.
  • Grade A Tutoring Center, a K-12 tutoring center, will lease 1,072 square feet for three years at 765 Baywood Dr., which commenced on Jan. 1.
  • Hanford ARC, a habitat restoration and landscaping company, signed a one-year lease for 842 square feet at 775 Baywood Dr. The lease commenced on Nov. 1.

The Petaluma Marina Business Center is situated adjacent to the Petaluma River and the 183-room, award winning Petaluma – Sheraton Hotel, which is part of Basin Street Hospitality. The property has convenient access to and visibility from U.S. Highway 101 and boasts views of the nearby foothills. Basin Street recently pursued a number of capital improvement projects within the complex, including landscaping, signage and exterior and interior upgrades.
